Destroy!
So I went head to head with a 22 year old college student who had been drinking at a bar and pulled across 4 lanes of traffic. I managed to lock up my brakes (front and rear drum, thanks Justin!) and slide (while still staying upright) and smashed the right side of my bike into the dudes driver side door. I was then thrown over the hood and supermanned down the street. I hopped back to my feet pretty quickly, with only a little road rash and what feels like a pulled hamstring. I found out that I am pretty indestructible, so that's a plus. I'm pretty sure Finger's Mids saved my leg from being smashed into a thousand pieces, so thanks dude! Brake linkage, pipes, mids, air cleaner and bars are pretty thrashed, but it could have been much worse. Keep an eye out for these assholes, they're everywhere.

Lake Buchanon
Nick and I packed up and headed West on the spur of the moment. Destination Black Rock Park on Lake Buchanon.
First stop was Coopers BBQ in LLano, TX.
Then on to Black Rock Park to camp on Lake Buchanon.
We got our Decoy fire raging (a burn ban was in effect), to mask our ground fire.
Then we ended the night with some campfire Apple Cobbler.

Brian's Shovel
We rode out to take some shots of Nick's bike the other day and I managed to get some quick photos of Brian's rad swing arm chopper. Built to ride and he does just that.
The Haints
Nick's bike has made a few trips around the blog world since he finished but I just have to say, this is one fine looking machine.
